Fredy Recinos is a North Hollywood and Los Angeles native whose background spans elite youth soccer goalkeeping scouted for South Korea’s international league, Boatswain’s Mate Expeditionary Combat Navy firefighting, indie rock musicianship, LAUSD education, nonprofit leadership, and recognition with two California Assembly Awards and a California State Senate Award.
